Please read it before you buy. It is short.
Trial lesson, $5
A 25-minute trial with your teacher. The fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule it once, up to 12 hours before it starts.
No refunds
All lessons, subscriptions and packages are non-refundable once purchased. Please take the trial first and read this policy before buying.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule any lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email. Lessons cancelled or moved less than 24 hours before, or missed, count as taken.
Late arrival
Lessons end at the scheduled time. After 15 minutes without notice, the lesson counts as taken.
Monthly subscriptions
Your lessons are booked and taken within your monthly billing period. A lesson rescheduled in time may move to the following month (2 at most). You can cancel your subscription at any time: it stops at the end of the month already paid, with no partial refund.
Intensive sessions, single lessons and packs
Valid for 3 months from purchase.
If your teacher cancels
The lesson is rescheduled at the time of your choice, as a priority.
Your Zoom link
It is in your confirmation email and is sent again 10 minutes before the lesson.
